SUP is a hyper-local, real-time news platform that allows users to share eyewitness reports through video posts. Our service uses GPS verification and AI clustering to create coherent news stories from community reports.

User Responsibilities

By using SUP, you agree to:

  • Only post content from your actual physical location
  • Share truthful, accurate eyewitness accounts
  • Respect others' privacy and not film individuals without consent when possible
  • Not post content that violates laws or our community guidelines
  • Not spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Not attempt to manipulate or game our verification systems

GPS Verification Requirement

To post content, you must be physically present at the location with GPS accuracy within 50 meters and post within 2 minutes of the timestamp. This ensures authentic, real-time eyewitness reporting.

Content Policy

Prohibited content includes:

  • False or misleading information
  • Content that violates privacy rights
  • Illegal activities or content
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Graphic violence or disturbing content without appropriate context
  • Spam or commercial promotions

Moderation and Enforcement

We use AI-powered moderation and community flagging to enforce these terms. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Service Availability

SUP is a live service that may experience occasional downtime for maintenance. We provide the service "as is" and work continuously to maintain high availability and performance.

Limitation of Liability

SUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
